Director of Workspace Operations

We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our UK offices and lead our office management team. As Head of Workspace, you'll be responsible for bringing together and leading a team of professionals across the country, from Brighton to Manchester.

Your key objectives will include reviewing and harmonizing third-party supplier contracts, ensuring high-quality workspaces for thousands of employees, and managing multi-site workspace projects, fit-outs, and properties.

With a commercial mindset and experience in managing complex projects, you'll be able to balance the needs of our business with the requirements of our employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the office management team across the UK
