About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Workspace Coordinator to join our team at our new office in London.

This is a permanent, full-time position with core operational hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

As an Operational Workspace Coordinator, you will report to the Regional Workspace Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality front-of-house services.

You will support the efficient and effective delivery of Workspace services for The Guinness Partnership, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and building users.

BUILDING STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS AND COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING ARE ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE SUPPLY OF WORKSPACE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INCLUDING DELIVERIES AND OFFICE SUPPLIES.

Your responsibilities will also include a variety of tasks such as reception duties, testing water, fire alarms, and other building services to ensure compliance with standards and measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Coordinating deliveries and office supplies
  • Managing building services, including water and fire alarm systems
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
  • GCSE Level 5 or equivalent in English and Maths
