We are seeking a skilled Space Coordinator to join The Guinness Partnership at our London office. This is a permanent, full-time position with core operational hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will report to the Regional Workspace Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality front-of-house services. They will support the efficient and effective delivery of Workspace services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires building strong working relationships with internal and external customers, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy are essential.

A key aspect of this position is reception duties, testing water, fire alarms, and other building services to ensure compliance with standards and measures.

With a salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in facilities operations and workspace management.
