Job Title: Workspace Community Assistant

At 14forty, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Workspace Community Assistant. This is a key position that will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain facilities and workspace policies in line with global standards, focusing on simplification and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement workspace initiatives that promote a positive working environment and employee wellbeing.
  • Support contractor and vendor relationships, coordinating and monitoring supplier activities.
  • Conduct regular workspace inspections, including meeting room checks and cleaning inspections.
  • Deliver workspace services, including reception, cleaning checks, general housekeeping, and concierge services.
  • Support local events from facilities and catering service delivery.
  • Assist the Workspace Manager in planning intra-office moves and allocating and managing space for maximum efficiency.
Innovation and Operational Excellence:
  • Provide input for the development of improvement solutions and further develop operating standards, processes, and procedures for site Barista Services.
  • Support the Workspace Manager in delivering innovation across the sites to enhance performance and grow the team's knowledge.
  • Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment.
People and Culture:
  • Culture carrier and promotes best practice, leading the team by example and action.
  • Being an inspirational worker, willing to go the extra mile and providing support to the team at all times.
  • Challenging process and performance of the team, always seeking to improve services.
Success Measures:
  • Achievement of site KPIs in line with business requirements.
  • Good working relationships with the wider CRE Teams.
  • Excellent Stakeholder feedback.
  • Strong team ethos and performance.
  • Achievement of business and CRE/Workspace Goals and Targets.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Regular positive site reporting.
