About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Workspace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our UK offices, ensuring that our workspaces are safe, efficient, and productive environments for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our office management team across the UK, ensuring that our offices are well-run and efficient.
  • Drive efficiencies and synergies across our offices, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Oversee the sourcing and negotiation of new properties, as well as the management of existing leases and property renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all of our offices, implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with leaders across our different businesses and support teams to ensure that our workspaces are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining high-quality workspaces that meet the needs of our employees and support the success of our business.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex property deals and negotiate leases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices, with the ability to implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
