Workspace Community Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our users, implementing workspace processes and procedures, and continually striving to improve services across the business. Your role will involve acting as a Barista and providing exceptional service to customers on a daily basis, as well as delivering brilliant concierge, general housekeeping, and cleanliness and innovation across the site. You will work closely with the wider CRE functions, including Risk & Compliance and Physical Security, to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve site KPIs, build good working relationships with the wider CRE Teams, and deliver excellent Stakeholder feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
⁠ ⁠Process / Procedures: Implement facilities and workspace policies in line with the global workspace group, with the principle of simplification.
⁠ ⁠Innovation: Provide input for the development of improvement solutions and further develop operating standards, processes, and procedures for site Barista Services.
⁠ ⁠Operational Excellence: Support as required during site audits and inspections internally and from the wider business / externally.
⁠ ⁠People: Culture carrier and promotes best practice, leading the team by example and action.
⁠ ⁠Success Measures: Achievement of site KPIs in line with business requirements, good working relationships with the wider CRE Teams, excellent Stakeholder feedback, strong team ethos and performance, achievement of business and CRE / Workspace Goals and Targets, continuous improvement and innovation, and regular positive site reporting.
