Job Description

As a Technical Services Manager at Modus Workspace, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to commissioning. You will devise pitch-winning strategies and communicate them effectively in client presentations.

  • Develop and manage commissioning programmes and trackers.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team during the pre-construction phase.
  • Provide advice and direction on MEP bids received from sub-contractors.
  • Schedule and chair all necessary internal MEP meetings.
  • Utilise Procore to manage the flow of design information.

You will bring to the role:

  • Several years of experience within the building services sector.
  • A broad knowledge and understanding of various systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Sprinklers, and Audio-Visual.
  • An interest in design and a good understanding of the pitch process.
  • Recognised qualifications in building services engineering.
  • Knowledge of local building services codes of practice, CIBSE guides, and health & safety standards/systems.
