About the Role:

AllChild is seeking a highly organized and communicative IT and Facilities Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support in facilities and IT management.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Workspace Manager and be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing IT provisions, and supporting event project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office operations, including vendor and contractor management, and ensure seamless communication with staff and external stakeholders.
  • Manage IT provisions, including equipment purchasing, inventory management, and IT support services.
  • Support the Workspace Manager with event project management, including meetings, remote events, and on-site events.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in facilities and IT management, or a related field.
