Temporary Facilities Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to join our client’s team in London, supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering exceptional facilities and soft services to their client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily building inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • First Aid at Work, Fire Warden, and Manual Handling certifications.
  • Experience with CAFM & helpdesk systems.
  • Proven experience in facilities management, including PPMs, H&S, and project management.
  • NEBOSH certification.
  • Knowledge of supplier and procurement management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with potential for weekend work). Hourly rate: £17.
