Facilities Coordinator Opportunity

Criterion Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will play a vital role in coordinating maintenance operations across multiple PRS residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of maintenance requests and coordinate responses efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facilities issues.
  • Delegate tasks to maintenance staff and oversee completion to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the facilities team in their daily tasks to maintain a high standard of service across all properties.
  • Order supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, including preparing rotas and managing shift patterns.
  • Organize and schedule regular maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance coordination role, ideally within PRS or residential buildings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driven to deliver results and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
