Temporary Facilities Coordinator Opportunity

Love Success Recruitment is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support their client in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, including PPMs, H&S, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily building inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CAFM & helpdesk systems.
  • First Aid at Work, Fire Warden, and Manual Handling certifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management.
  • NEBOSH certification.
  • Knowledge of supplier and procurement management.
