We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Workspace Coordinator Supervisor to join our team at ISS, a world-leading facility management company. In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting inspiring and functional workspaces that foster collaboration, productivity, and well-being for our clients at the Government Property Agency (GPA).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests, addressing them promptly and effectively.
  • Greet individuals warmly, creating a positive first impression and fostering a sense of community.
  • Assist with telephone inquiries, room bookings, and event coordination.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct building tours, ensuring adherence to best practices and promoting a safe and efficient environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-profile environments, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and concise interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, facilitating efficient task completion.
  • Experience working in commercial settings is highly desirable.
