Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a thriving community atmosphere that fosters collaboration and connection among members.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing member needs promptly and effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day building operations, ensuring efficient maintenance and upkeep of all areas.
  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new business initiatives that enhance member value.
  • Oversee human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain a strong financial awareness, contributing to budget management and cost control strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in customer service, team leadership, and financial management. A strong understanding of building operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
