Lead Pitch Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pitch Designer to join our team at Modus Workspace. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and translating client needs into innovative and compelling design proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers in developing creative solutions that align with client expectations, budget constraints, and technical requirements.
  • Drive new business opportunities through effective pitches and presentations.
  • Communicate key design aspects clearly to secure client approvals at each project stage.
  • Efficiently communicate design progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong technical understanding with keen attention to detail in all aspects of design.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal.
