Lead Designer

Solirius Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Lead Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for our Government and Private Sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design workshops and activities to create products and services that meet the needs of users and clients.
  • Develop and implement user-centred design methodologies to ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with agile development teams and stakeholders to co-design products and services.
  • Support the Head of Design in building and managing Solirius' design community and ensuring a consistent approach to design.
  • Strengthen Solirius' design practice through hiring, coaching, and mentoring others.
Requirements:
  • Strong design generalist skills, including content, interaction, UX, and service design.
  • Experience working with agile development teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and facilitate user-centred design methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical literacy to understand technical processes, concepts, and constraints.
