About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to join our multidisciplinary team at Solirius Consulting. As a Lead Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for our Government and Private Sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to create user-centred design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their users.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead design workshops and activities to gather user insights and develop design solutions.
  • Communicate design solutions and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Develop and maintain our design community and ensure a consistent approach to design across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in user-centred design and service design.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or agency setting is desirable.
