Job Title: Lead Designer

At Solirius Consulting, we're seeking a highly skilled Lead Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Lead Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for our Government and Private Sector clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual who can lead design workshops, plan and execute user research, and create engaging design artefacts. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement user-centred design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design workshops and planning sessions to gather user insights and develop design concepts
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Create engaging design artefacts, such as personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions
  • Advocate for and ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and inclusivity in design solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in user-centred design and service design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centred design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with agile development teams and stakeholders
