Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector in reactive works and planned maintenance; you will be responsible for acting as the company's representation to the residents across the contract.
Jobs duties/responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop client/customer and tenant relationships.
- Have a good understanding of the contracts and set requirements.
- Be able to communicate/ provide any relevant information effectively and handle any customerbased duties such as: visits, interviews, surveys, and complaints.
- Admin duties.
Monday to Friday
8am till 5pm
