This role involves nurturing and expanding relationships within a portfolio of key accounts in the UK Foodservice channel, aiming to drive profitable growth in line with the company's strategic objectives in the Food Service and Out of Home sector.


Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Business Planning:
Create Joint Business Plans for each customer to drive growth at agreed profitability levels.
Implement a promotional plan aligned with brand values, customer strategies, and internal capacities.

Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct post-promotional analyses to optimise investment and enhance forecasting accuracy.

Trend Monitoring:
Track, measure, and evaluate sales trends, providing insights to the Sales Director and the broader business.

Pricing Issues:
Support the Finance team in resolving any pricing issues.

Budget Planning:
Prepare and present annual account plans to the commercial team.
Accurately forecast customer demand in line with the monthly sales and operations cycle.

Experience managing wholesaler accounts in the Foodservice channel.
Experience in a branded environment.
Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
Proficiency in using data and insights to support sales proposals.
Experience developing sales within national end-user accounts in the Foodservice & OOH Channel.

Experience managing Amazon accounts.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
