Imperial Personnel are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client in Peterborough on a full-time temporary basis.

Hours and Pay:

Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm

£10.42ph

Responsibilities:

  • To support the planning function by generating, scheduling, and coordinating the production plan.
  • To ensure the relevant standard operating procedures are set up to date.
  • Supporting in the collation of operational information, metrics, and reports.
  • Working with the distribution teams to ensure all outgoing deliveries are booked into achievable slots.
  • Communicating any delays and new revised expectations.
  • Be a general point of contact for the client.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
  • To be able to collect and present information and data.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment and understanding of production of planning.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role would be desirable.
