A new opportunity has arisen in the Central Primary Care Team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) for a Cluster Support Officer to assist in the establishment and delivery of new and existing projects in Denbighshire.


The role will support the North Denbighshire and Central & South Denbighshire Clusters and Professional Collaboratives in establishing and maintaining project reporting and governance.


The post holder will support with the collation of project reports and evaluation data, and lead on cluster and professional collaborative administration and governance documentation.

In addition, the roles will be key to the successful rollout of Accelerated Cluster Development in Denbighshire.


This is an exciting opportunity and will suit a self-motivated project support officer or administration professional seeking to make a difference in the NHS.

Would you like to be involved in the delivery and management of primary care projects that make a real difference to the health and well-being of people in Denbighshire?


Working as part of the Central Integrated Health Community, the post holder will provide assistance and support for projects that have been identified as priorities across Denbighshire.


The post holder will be required to support with planning, facilitating and monitoring the progress of projects, products, service improvements or change management initiatives, assisting with management support, training and guidance to colleagues in the Central & South Denbighshire and North Denbighshire Clusters and Professional Collaboratives (including Cluster Leads, GPs, Pharmacists, and other primary care professionals).


The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring that accurate records are kept and that governance documents are up to date and adhered to.

This includes meeting minutes, action logs and risk registers.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
