About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, sub-contractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, and the Customer Care department.
  2. Carry out individual resident inductions, including introduction to process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys, and photograph evidence.
  3. Agree access arrangements with residents and book appointments to enable work to their homes.
  4. Collaborate with other project stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
  1. 1 year in a customer-facing role within the building industry.
  2. A full driving license and ability to drive where required by the company.
  3. Good level of written and oral English.
  4. Strong social skills and high levels of emotional intelligence.
