About the Role

Pearson VUE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Rhyl, UK. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and providing exceptional customer service to our test-taking candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in customers/test-taking candidates, verifying their personal identification documents and explaining the exam testing process/rules.
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures, using careful judgment to ensure the integrity of the exam process.
  • Proctor/invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test, maintaining a secure and comfortable testing environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments, such as our IT department, to ensure seamless exam delivery.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations, to maintain a clean and organized testing environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a friendly and professional team-player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You should be flexible to work different days and times, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. A background in English and Maths is essential, and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an advantage.
