We're looking for a passionate and hardworking Sales Executive to join us We have ambitious and exciting plans for the future.
- Someone who is confident in their own abilities and a confident communicator
- Positive with a cando attitude and a handson approach to their role
- Commercially aware with a good business acumen
- Passionate about sales and your product with a keen eye for detail
- Ideally have experience in a customer experience environment
- The ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office and IT literate
The Role
- Outbound sales to previous customers and potential group bookings
- Accurately completing general bookings and upselling products and services to customers
- Communicating clearly and effectively with customers via all channels
- Highlighting issues, complaints and feedback to managers
- Proactivity monitoring the site diaries for anomalies and issues and taking appropriate action
- Maximising space to ensure optimum sales
- Completing any ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by your manager
