About the Role
Lookers Volkswagen Darlington is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers, advising them on warranty cover, and upselling additional parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Liaise with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments
- Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You will be a great team player, able to work independently and use your own initiative.
