Lookers Volkswagen Darlington
Salary: £26,000 basic depending on experience plus bonus
Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00- 17:30, Saturdays on a rota basis
As a Service Advisor at Volkswagen, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with information and guidance on our services and products.
Responsibilities
- Booking and managing customer appointments, services, and repairs
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional services and products
- Liaising with the Aftersales team to ensure efficient scheduling and communication with customers
- Managing a high-volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and online queries
- Ensuring accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable, as well as knowledge of dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP.
