Lookers Volkswagen Darlington
Salary: £26,000 basic depending on experience plus bonus
Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00- 17:30, Saturdays on a rota basis
At Lookers Volkswagen Darlington, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts/accessories to enhance customer satisfaction
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
- Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary
Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems is advantageous. As a team player, you'll be able to work independently and use your initiative to deliver exceptional results.
