Seacroft Mobility LTD is a family run business with over 30 years of experience in the mobility market. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service and excellent customer care. We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our expanding team at our Head Office.

Main Duties

  • Working within our busy Motability & Administration Departments
  • Data input to till system (Price changes, booking stock in, adding new product lines etc)
  • Passing Invoices for payment and checking cost prices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Cashing up
  • Feedback calls with customers to ensure our high level of service is maintained
  • Liaising with different internal departments and Motability if required
  • Any other general admin duties as required
Our employees are expected to take a 'hands on' approach and we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • IT skills (Included but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to work under own initiative and solve problems
  • Good time management skills and able to work to deadlines
  • Team player
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality in accordance with GDPR
  • Following strict department processes

In Return

  • 30 hours per week


Working Tuesday
  • Friday (9am 4:30pm)
  • Salary to be discussed
  • Company Pension
