The Park Administrator is required to assist in the running of a busy holiday park, comprising static holiday homes, and camping pitches. Set on the edge of the main tourist area of Ingoldmells and close to the beach we have onsite fishing facilities and associated amenity blocks.

This is a full-time, permanent year round position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities and Person Specification

As the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, the Park Administrator will have excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner. Applicants should have previous experience within this type of role and be willing to undertake a variety of duties. These would include, but are not limited to; taking bookings, dealing with customer queries, organising working schedules for the Maintenance and Grass Cutting Team, caravan sales and after sales administration, cash handling, generating invoices, ensuring completion of gas tests and meter readings.

The ideal applicant will be computer literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using park administration software such as InSite would be an advantage but is not essential.
