**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of our sales department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring efficient communication with clients, and assisting in the coordination of sales activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team environment and contribute to the success of our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organise sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales initiatives.
- Assist in order processing as needed.
- Answer incoming calls from our clients.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
