As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.


Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, or employees

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
