We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, or employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
