**Hours**:
**1 x 13 hours per week Saturday - Sunday 3:30pm - 10:00pm - Working 2 days a week including weekends (every weekend) and bank holidays**

**1 x 18 hours per week - Hours Saturday - Sunday 12:00noon - 9:00pm Working 2 days a week including weekends (every weekend) and bank holidays**

**1 x 32 hours per week - Hours Monday - Wednesday 9am - 5pm and Saturday - Sunday 8am - 12noon) Working 5 days a week including weekends (every weekend) and bank holidays**

**Salary**: £11.23 per hour

Witham Lodge is a Salvation Army Lifehouse and has 30 rooms accommodating men and women over the age of 18 who are experiencing homelessness.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Support Team. You will work with our team to update daily records, cover reception duty. Welcome visitors and service users to the centre and encourage and empower individuals to move on and break the cycle of homelessness. You will also complete day to day activities including administration tasks, reception duties and cleaning to support the successful operation of the Lifehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:
***The role of Day Concierge/Receptionist will be to provide assistance with Housing Management functions in our Lifehouse Services and will be the first point of contact for everyone accessing our Lifehouse. The role is also pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered. You will use your initiative to complete day to day activities with clients, administration and cleaning tasks as well as reception duties to support the successful operation of the service.
- Knowledge of the main support needs which are commonly faced by homeless and vulnerable clients
- Motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes
- Able to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army
- Good customer service and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- The ability to successfully work independently and within a team environment.
- Able to work in a busy environment and be solution focused.
