Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in managing customer accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Maintain customer databases and update customer records as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing product orders
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
