Responsibilities of a safety compliance coordinator
include:

  • Assist with auditing new and existing tenancies to ensure they comply with safety regulations
  • Assist in arranging property safety checks where required
  • Assist in identifying areas of noncompliance and report to heads of department in order to facilitate coaching or training where required
  • Communicate with external clients to facilitate remedial works
  • Build and maintain collaborate internal relationships to deliver exceptional customer service and business efficiency
