Key Responsibilities- Collate and present safety performance data, analyzing themes and trends to inform improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs on patient safety and compliance, utilizing a range of media to engage stakeholders.
- Liaise and coordinate with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Oversee the coordination of patient safety alerts and incidents, ensuring timely and effective response.
- Review and analyze safety-related information to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Relevant postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Recent experience in the safety and quality governance environment, with a focus on patient safety and clinical risk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on improving patient safety outcomes.
- Experience with risk management databases and tools, such as Datix.
