Children's Residential Support Worker requirements**:
- Minimum experience of 6 months full time in the last 3 years working with children and young people
- Ideally holding a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare but not essential
- The right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to providing highquality care and support
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
