Children's Residential Care Worker

Nurtured Future Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team in Bloxwich, Walsall.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people aged 8-18, who have experienced trauma and complex challenges.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and stable environment, promoting the well-being and development of our young people.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, supporting the delivery of excellent care.
- At least 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting.
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent.
- Competitive hourly rates of pay.
- Free initial enhanced DBS check.
- Funded accredited qualifications, enabling you to earn while you learn and upskill your career.
- Extensive paid attendance to our Induction Training.
- 24-hour on-call support.
