Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Nurtured Future Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people in our care.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child or young person are met.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as safeguarding, child development, and behavior management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to Nurtured Future Living's policies and procedures.
- At least 12 months of experience working with children and young people.
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Competitive hourly rates of pay.
