Job Title: Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Nurtured Future Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each child or young person are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as safeguarding, child development, and behavior management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience working with children and young people.
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
