Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Nurtured Future Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stable, and caring environment for children and young people in our Ofsted-registered homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the care and support of children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop positive relationships with our residents, understanding their individual needs and providing tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe and healthy living environment.
- At least 12 months of experience working with children and young people.
- Preferred: NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
