Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all products and services offered by the company, its subsidiary and associated companies
  • Answering customer calls and responding promptly, accurately and efficiently to all enquiries
  • Promoting products and services offered by the company, its subsidiary and associated companies to existing customers
  • Dealing with the despatch of customer questionnaire forms as and when necessary and analyse/summarise the results of questionnaire and marketing activities
  • Assisting in the administration of operations including the provision of any necessary statistical information
  • Preparing and issuing standard or dictated letter responses to customers as appropriate, including researching and responding to enquiries
  • Assisting with all aspects of the Registration process in line with company procedures

Personal Specification

  • Holds at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent (grades A-C, with a minimum C grade in English and Maths)
  • Previous experience call handling and customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Organised and methodical with the ability to multitask, whilst being flexible and adaptable
  • The ability to learn fast and is a keen team player
  • Proactive, with strong attention to detail with a logical approach
