The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be a key member of the Customer Service team. You will ideally come from a customer service background and have excellent customer service and time management skills.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, undertaking general day-to-day administration, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by the company. You will also be responsible for answering customer calls, responding promptly and accurately to all enquiries, and promoting products and services to existing customers.
