Our Billing Assistant are at the heart of our Finance Team delivering an accurate, efficient and timely service to our Finance Management Team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record sessions on internal case management system
  • Generate invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to any specific requirements for each client
  • Liaise with clients and internal staff to resolve queries quickly and efficiently
  • Identify and raise credit notes in line with internal approval process
  • Track credit notes to enable identification of any system or process problems
  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices onto the Finance system, ensuring relevant checks are completed
  • Deal with any supplier queries regarding invoice or payment queries.

Desireable experience and skills:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role is desirable
  • The ability to work within a team, understand processes and work proactively is essential
  • IT literate with intermediate experience of Excel
  • Organised and methodical in your approach to work
  • A robust approach to relationships and interactions with colleagues
  • Positive attitude.
