Sales Ledger Administrator

We are recruiting a Administrator at Green Building Renewables for our head office based in Dunnington, York.
Due to the swell of demand for renewables and exciting company acquisitions, we require an experienced administrator to join our finance team.

**Job Purpose**
The role of the Administrator is to support the finance team it requires an organised, self-motivated approach with strong, positive leadership skills. The appointee will be responsible for a range of KPI’s and will work with other branch teams and other departments as we grow the network.
**Key responsibilities**
- Raising customer invoices and credit notes.
- Dealing with customer queries and correspondence.
- Collaborating with local operations teams to resolve billing issues and identify billing requirements.
- Maintain and distribute sales ledger reports.
- Ad-hoc support of management accounting.
**Skills and Attributes required**:
- Excellent communication skills with a professional communication style.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Able to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong IT skills.
- Previous experience working in a credit control role.
- Full UK Driving License.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 35 per week
