We have two vacancies to join our busy team as an Appointment Slot Administrators. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing service in Ophthalmology.

You will form an essential part of the team, ensuring patient appointments are booked accurately and information is updated regularly, planning and setting up outpatient clinics and providing administrative support.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, to which this post will provide a wealth of opportunities to expand and develop.

Both vacancies will cross cover our main site and our sister hospital at Heavitree.

We actively encourage informal chats or departmental visits.

Working Pattern: hours per week, Monday - Friday :-: or :-:
