Role Details
We seek an individual to deliver an efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to the Ophthalmology Department within the Surgical Services Division. You will play a crucial role in a highly active team, ensuring patient appointments are accurately scheduled and information is consistently updated in a timely manner. Effective communication with both patients and staff is essential to ensure the seamless operation of the service, ultimately enhancing patient care. This role involves both office-based tasks and direct patient interaction, requiring flexibility to adapt to varying environments.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys collaborating with a team towards common objectives.

Working Hours: This role requires hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, managed by a rota system.
