Additional Information about the Role

We seek an individual to deliver a proficient, professional administrative and clerical service to the Ophthalmology Department within the Surgical Services Division. You will play a crucial role in a highly active team, ensuring that patient appointments are scheduled accurately and that information is consistently updated in a timely manner. Effective communication with both patients and staff is essential to ensure the seamless operation of the service, ultimately enhancing patient care. This role encompasses both office-based and patient-facing responsibilities, necessitating flexibility and adaptability to various environments.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys collaborating with a team towards a common objective.
