An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing travel insurance business as a French Claims Assessor . What you need to know:

We are hiring a new team of Claims Assessors to join us. You will work a 37.5 hour Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.

The start date for this role is 24th June

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with customers and corporate clients over the phone and via email
  • Assess claims under AIG's Travel Insurance plans
  • Analyse claims made against the relevant policy wording to determine customer
  • Contact claimants to request additional information where required, and settle or decline the claim as appropriate
  • Guide customers through each stage of the claims process
  • Work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives

What we need from you:

Some previous claims experience is required. You must be resilient, driven and self-motivated with a willingness to learn, and possess the following skills:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Customer service and/or admin experience within an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good problem solving and investigative skills
