- Provide proactive and thorough claims assessment and management for a designated account portfolio
- Evaluate Group Protection claims and determine necessary medical evidence in alignment with L&G's principles
- Assess Group Protection claims, establish liability, and meet client expectations
- Contribute to Management Data analysis for portfolio accounts to track performance and trends
- Train, mentor, and develop claims team members
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical conditions' impact on work abilities
- Showcase analytical, risk management, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively and demonstrate IT proficiency
- Exhibit strong claims medical assessment capabilities
