About the Role

We are seeking experienced clinicians to join our team as Functional Assessors, working with us to provide high-quality assessments and reports to support decision-making at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of customers' functional capacity, including file-work, face-to-face, and telephone/video assessments.
  • Provide detailed reports to enable decision-makers to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of a wide range of medical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand the impact of their disabilities on their daily lives and work-related activities.
